Airheads Mobile Android App

    installed this during atmosphere in italy, but not really getting into it.

     

    the normal workflow is

    - my phone vibrates because of a push message

    - i check my info screen and can only see half of the push message but it might be useful, so i click it

    - the app opens and i have to provide my login details which i have two issues with

    1) i can't go back, the back button has no effect here, i have to use the home button to exit

    2) i can't save my login details, sure this can be a security issue but i'd like to make the call if i want to or not

    - then i end up on the main page where i still can't read the push message

     

    this is on a galaxy s2 running android 4.1.2, not sure how other android users experience this but for me the chance high is im going to delete it again.

    ditto.  I would use this app more if I didn't have to keep fat fingering in my login details.

    I have raised an idea in the idea sections of airheads to "remember" our login credentials. kudo it if you think its worth the time ;) I agree with both of you. also there's no ability to copy/paste some text

    Is the Airheads Mobile app still being supported?

     

    I couldn't search it on the Play store, I had to follow this link to get to it.

     

    It seems to when I launch the app it just sits on the splash page and nothing happens after that.

     

    Running Nexus 5 with Android 5.0.1

    It also seems at least for me that I cannot log into the mobile app anymore

    Tried reinstalling and same thing brings me back to the login screen every time

    Just downloaded what looks like a new app and I am getting the samething.

    Takes me to the sign page and just loops after I put in my credentials.

    I am getting the same thing guys. Must be a change in SSO communication. I will alert back when I have a fix.

    It is working now guys. Sorry about that. We will be updating this app with better usability and navigation hopefully over the holiday season.
