Clients do not get get user role from AP (no connectivity)

A customer has 63 AP's in an IAP cluster that is managed in Airwave. Yesterday, clients could not connect to one of the AP's. A reboot resolved the issue. Looking into the log of the VC I can see the entry "AP could not find post auth role <you_name_it>" for several roles.
It is a first time occurence (at least the customer did not complain before) but I fail to understand what might have triggered this problem. Cluster is running 220.127.116.11.
Any advice how I can find out the cause for this issue? Thank you.

Are these Role pushed down from AirWave? Can you confirm they are part of the running config on the IAP?
