Search function too broad...

    I enter a pattern "Watched Clients" and it brings up every thing and the dog.

     

     Is there a way to search on the exact words only?

    The Clients Tab should show you all of your watched clients without searching.

    Sorry...  it is that I wish do a search within the Knowledge base for how to put a UserID into the Watched List of users to wish to monitor.

     

    The search in Airhead's Knowledge base is coming back with words that match watch and/or clients(both in lower case) but not on the two words Watched Clients, both together and upper case...

    Okay.  When you find a user in Airwave, click on the "Client Detail" tab.  You should find a watched radio button.  Switch to "Yes" and click on Save.
