issues with SSO and logging into Airheads

    not sure who is having issues like mine...

    I can't log into Airheads now for a week or two.

    I click on sign in asks me for my username/pass
    I click connect or whatever it is
    it redirects and it hangs...

    if I sign into the support site i don't have an issue.
    I am also usually able to sign into the support site head over to Airheads then click on sign in and the SSO will take over and log me in but it doesn't

    ff version 38.0.5
    checked with a colleague and they have the same issue.
    chrome as well....

    not sure how to fix this...

    Is this about the App or Web Version?

    I had this issue a few weeks ago and even TAC were unable to help - I just had to have a new account created.

    resolved itself and i have not had the problem since. Thanks Sean for opening a ticket for me
