I have done alot of googling and so far I have not found a fix for the system light being a solid amber on an aruba 325 AP. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi,

Here's the details of the LED indicators on the 320 series APs.

All my other 325 aruba AP's are single radio and the USB is disabled but both the system and radio lights are green so I think it has to be something else. Not sure how to find out for sure what the issue is and correct it

Are you suggesting that your other APs are powered using PoE 802.3af but not opperating in power-save mode?

The documentation shows that if operating in power-save mode the system LED will be solid amber. If the AP is operating in monitor mode the radio LED will be solid amber.

Well the radio is showing solid green, the AP is configured the same as all the other AP's and they have solid green lights, Is there any other way to tell for sure

    On the CLI :

    "show ap tech-support ap-name <name of ap> | begin "Power Status"

I have been trying to get in the CLI but no one remembers the enable password and I already tried the default admin/admin and can't get in

    Ok..

You can get the info from the GUI as well. Diagnostics > Access Points > Technical Support

Or, you can just find out what PoE standard is powering the AP from the switch it's patched into.

Or you could sort out your enable password and run the previous command ;)
