Can we determine the speed and duplex of an APs interfaces on the Aruba controller or do we need Airwave for it?

Yes. We can find the speed and duplex of an AP on the Aruba controller.

Please use the following command to view the speed and duplex of an AP

(Aruba7240) #show ap debug system-status ap-name <name-of-ap> | include " eth"

  0      eth0  UP    ACTIVE   0

  1      eth1  DOWN  STANDBY  0

on       1000          Full     eth0

on       Unknown       Unknown  eth1

Note: The above command applies for a single AP. If we need to see the speed and Duplex for all the APs on the controller at once then we need to use Airwave Server.
