Currently for indoor channels, only channels 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153, 157, 161 and 165 are supported with AP-60/61/70 or 85. Other indoor channels, 52, 56, 60, 64 and 100-140 are supported only with newer APs including AP-12X series running latest OS versions. The VoIP engineer must adjust the phones to only scan for these channels if they connect to legacy APs.
Depending on the size of the deployment, the phones will experience delayed roaming performance if the phones are scanning all the available 802.11a indoor channels. To improve performance, deselect the channels that the APs are not advertising.
