How do I check which config (.cfg) file is currently being used by the controller ?

Question   How do I check which config (.cfg) file is currently being used by the controller ?
Environment   This article applies to Aruba Mobility Controllers running ArubaOS.

 

 

Especially, when two config files differ very little, then it will be difficult to tell which one is being currently being used by the controller. In such cases, this article show how to verify this information using GUI and CLI:

 

From Controller GUI:

The below CLI screenshot shows a list of config (.cfg) files available in "dir" and the one that is currently being used by controller:
