Problem:
How to change the country code for an existing configuration on an Unrestricted Aruba Controller?

Diagnostics:
In certain scenarios where our customer deploy Aruba Controllers across the globe but wanted the same configuration to be in place considering there is no network connectivity between the existing network and new setup.

Solution
For example if we need to deploy a controller in Canada which needs configuration from the scratch. To avoid this situation if we have another controller that has the required configuration but it is in the US regulatory domain, we can download the "default.cfg" from the US-Restricted controller and edit the file using text editor to change the country code to CA to be used in Canada.
Once changing the country code to Canada, we can upload this "default-new.cfg" file to Canada controller which will have the country code set to CA as below example.

Country Code with original configuration uploaded from the US-Restricted controller:
(ArubaMaster) #show country

Country:US
Model:Aruba7210
Hardware:Unrestricted

(ArubaMaster) #
Editing the Country Code in "default.cfg":
!
country US ===> CA
aaa authentication mac "default"
!
Country Code after uploading the new configuration file:
(ArubaMaster) #show country

Country:CA
Model:Aruba7210
Hardware:Unrestricted

(ArubaMaster) #
