This article is applicable only when the Aruba Controllers are integrated with Microsoft Lync SDN API 2.0

The real-time configuration should be enabled to enable UCC monitoring.

By default in  ArubaOS v6.4, Voice real-time configuration is disabled.
Below steps need to be followed to enable it.

Web UI configuration:

Navigate to the configuration page, go to All Profiles->Other profiles->Configure Real-time Analysis

CLI configuration:

# configure terminal
 (config) #voice real-time-config
 (Configure Real-Time Analysis) #config-enable

The above command will enabled the UCC monitoring in the controller.

When the Lync calls are shown as UNKNOWN in the UCC dashboard, configuration in the Lync SDN Manager (LSM) need to be verified.

In the configuration, make sure “backwardcompatibility” flag is set to “True” to display the lync calls with ArubaOS v6.3 and v6.4
