Environment : This article applies to all the controllers running AOS version 6.3.0.0 and above

As of August 2013, the most widely supported client devices supporting 802.11r are iPod(Gen 4+), iPad 3 and iPhone4s+.
 
To identify 802.11r clients:

show user-table verbose

Under show ap association if there is an R flag,then the client is a 802.11r supported client.
