What is the default IPv4 and IPv6 dhcp lease time on aruba controllers?

Environment  :  This article applies to Aruba Mobility Controllers.


Client lease time is the amount of time a network user/client will be allowed to hold their current dynamic IP address. When configuring dhcp scope on aruba controllers, if lease is not mentioned, then the default lease time would be applied for that particular dhcp pool.

Below are the default client lease time for IPv4 and IPv6:

Default Lease time: 12 hours
Default Lease time: 12 hours

NOTE: Default lease time is not shown in "show ip dhcp database"  or "show ipv6 dhcp databse" commands respectively. If the lease is specified in dhcp pool configuration, then the same would be mentioned in seconds (irrespective of how it is configured, either hours, minutes or seconds).
