What is the maximum number of DNS servers that can be configured in a DHCP pool on an Aruba Controller?

This article shows the maximum number of DNS IP addresses that can be configured in DHCP pool.


Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba Controllers running ArubaOS version.


DHCP server on controller supports the configuration of multiple DNS IP addresses, which helps clients to contact secondary DNS servers, if incase attempt to reach primary DNS server fails.


A maximum of 8 (eight) DNS addresses can be configured.
