Product and Software: This article applies to Aruba AP-85.

AP-85 has four antenna connecting ports; two for 802.11a and two for 802.11g. If you have two antennas, one for 2.4 GHz and the other for 5 GHz, then you must select the following values:

• If the antenna is connected to port1 of 802.11a or 802.11g, then 1 must be specified as the value.
  
  
• If the antenna is connected to port2 of 802.11a or 802.11g, then 2 must be specified as the value.
  
  
• If two antennas are connected to the 802.11a or 802.11g, then the "both" option must be specified.
