Why are all guest users are not listed when a user logs in with guest provisioning user credentials?

Product and Software: This article applies to all Aruba controllers and ArubaOS 3.4 and later.

Before ArubaOS 3.4, a guest provisioning user could view all the guest users accounts that were created by himself and another guest provisioning user.

Beginning with ArubaOS 3.4, a guest provisioning user can view only the guest users that they themselves create. Guest accounts created by other guest provisioning users are not visible.

A field has been added named Grantor-Name in the 'show local-userdb' command output.

The old entries (users before upgrade) are listed under any grantor, so they are visible only when the admin (user with root privilege) is logged in.

So a user with root privilege can see all users in local-db, with any grantor name.
