Q:

Can I transfer the licenses from one Aruba Central account to other?

A:

No. Licenses cannot be transferred from one aruba central account to other.

Once the subscription key is activated in an account, it is tied to that account and enabled the functionality for the IAPs to talk to Central Servers.  These are more like one-time keys which cannot be used again. Incase, if there is a requirement of of transferring the licenses to another account, then a TAC case need to be raised, so that the existing licenses are canceled and rebooked in the system.

Once  the licenses are rebooked, a new set of subscription keys would generate which can then be used to activate the licenses in the new aruba central account.
