Does all Instant Access point supports AppRF?

Environment : This article applies to Instant Access points running 4.1 and later

 

Answer :

 

Full AppRF support(DPI + Web-Filtering) is available in APs - 103/108/109/114/115/155/224/225/275
Limited AppRF support(Web-Filtering only) in APs - 104/105/134/135/RAP3/175
 
AppRF support is decided based on the AP flash memory. All newer APs contains 32MB flash memory, hence full AppRF is supported. Rest of the access point contains only 16MB flash memory, hence limited AppRF will only be supported.
