How to configure a static channel & power for an IAP?

We can configure static channel & power for an IAP using WebUI and CLI

Using WebUI
===========
1. Click on the respective AP
2. Click on Edit
3. Click on Radio
4. Change the Channel and Power for the a-band and g-band respectively

Using CLI
=========

    Syntax
    ======
        IAP# a-channel <channel> <power>
        IAP# g-channel <channel< <power>
        IAP# commit apply
        IAP# write memory
