How to enable pre-standard POE+ detector on IAP

Requirement:

Minimum supported version - Aruba Instant 6.5.3.0



Solution:

This command enables pre-standard POE+ detector on IAP-200 Series, IAP-210 Series, IAP-220 Series, IAP-270 Series access points.



Configuration:

To enable:

94:b4:0f:c6:9b:f6# ap2xx-prestandard-poe-detection

To disable:

94:b4:0f:c6:9b:f6# no ap2xx-prestandard-poe-detection
 



Verification

 

Once enabling the command  on the IAP and then reload it when the switch is using pre-standard or Legacy POE+.
