Q: How to verify on IAP does the SNMP traps been sent to the Monitoring tool?
A: SNMP traps messages are seen on the IAP logs if the IAps rebooted.
Below is the SNMP config on the IAP:

snmp-server host 10.28.31.194 version 2c aruba123
In the below example there are 3 IAPs in the cluster and we are rebooting one of the slave IAP.
Once its comes up we could see the SNMP trap messages for this slave IAP with the time stamps stating that this IAP is up.
