I have a iAP225 cluster with Virtual Controller. It has 1 network/SSID (for now) which issues DHCP IPs issued from an external server.

Using my Android phone I can see the SSID and when I connect to it I get an IP number and I'm surfing. From my Windows 7 laptop I can also see the SSID but when I connect to it I do not get an IP number. My IP number is 169...... which pretty much states that I am dead in the water.

Any reason as to why one platform works and the other does not ?

    Hi,

We can not figureout the issue until and unless we do not go through the logs. most of the time it happens due to 80MHz channel enabled, check if it is enabled, disable and try with Win7 client.

Please feel free for any further help on this.
