Have you provisioned the APs to a group which isn't configured to use Air Monitors? What do is the AP Mode which the dot11a and dot11g radio profiles configured as?

    (Aruba7030) #show rf dot11a-radio-profile default

    802.11a radio profile "default"
    -------------------------------
    Parameter Value
    --------- -----
    Radio enable Enabled
    Mode ap-mode

Can you provide the output of 'show ap active'.

I'm assuming the box has licenses, the APs have the correct reg domain etc. Is there any profile errors 'show profile-errors'.

    ** EDIT **

It looks like even in DRT release DRT1.0_72277 the AP305 is NOT supported in Saudi Arabia.

To view the approved channels for this country domain, use the following CLI command:
    show ap allowed-channels country-code <country-code> ap-type <ap-type>
