    Hello all,

    With the UCC module in Central calls are categorised as Good/Fair/Poor, can you please explain how the client health % and quality score are calculated?

    The categories are based on UCC score which uses latency/Jitter/packet loss the scale is 0-100, where 70-100 is good, 30-70 is fair and less then 30 is poor. Central also adds the MOS score analysis as well, where 3.5 and greater is good, 2-3.5 is fair and anything less than that is poor.
