Controllerless Networks

I desperately want to enable the features described here:

But it doesn't work.  There must be some configuratino missing.  TAC had me add the MAC of an IAP to the whitelist on the controller, as well as create an address pool under "General VPN" but neither seemed to do anything.  

There's no firewall between these APs and the controllers, but nothing about this brings up any kind of tunnel.  This is beyond frustrating because I need this feature to work.

Is it a cluster of two 7205?

Or just normal MD's?

That's correct, it's a cluster.  I have one listed as primary and the other as backup endpoints for the Aruba-GRE configuration on the IAPs.

At what level did yo uset the VPN pool?

At the MD? Or at the Mobility Master level?

With a cluster you should set the vpn pool at the mobility master as a cluster rap pool, AFAIK.
