    Hello

I've an IAP Cluster which has the "CONFIGURATION STATUS Unsynchronized" in Central (Select an IAP - Manage - Overview).

Actual the cluster is only sycronized after a reboot.

All the other clusters have the "CONFIGURATION STATUS Synchronized".

Do you have any idea what is the problem and how can it been solved?

    Kind regards

Is the cluster connected to Central okay? Whats the output of 'show activate' on the IAP CLI? Does each of the IAPs in the cluster have a subscription assigned within Central?

The show activate command show the following:

    Activate Server: device.arubanetworks.com

    Activate Status: success

    Aruba Central Server: device-prod2.central.arubanetworks.com

I can have access via central to the IAPs so I think the connection is good but there is an issue with the Sync.

    Firmware Version is: 8.5.0.5_73491

Can you provide the output of the following? Also to confirm based on your first message, the IAP is sync'd but only after a reboot? What happens/time duration does it take for it to show unsync'd?

    show ap debug cloud-config-received
    show ap debug cloud-data-sent
    show ap debug cloud-state

Unfortunately I don't know if the status is Syncronized after the reboot and change then to unsyncronized. But I can see that the last conig Changed is when I was rebooting them.

    show ap debug cloud-config-received:

    timestamp: 2020-05-19 18:50:00

    Airgroupservice airprint: OK

    : Syntax error, skipped

    exit: OK

    show ap debug cloud-data-sent:

there is no Output from this show command received

    show ap debug cloud-state:

A liste of all Clients which are connected to the cluster is received. here I put an example:

    <MIB_CLIENT_TABLE> MIB_IS_WIRED(95) = 0
    MIB_MAC_ADDRESS(1) = xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
    MIB_NAME(2) = xxxxxxxxx
    MIB_IP_ADDRESS(5) = 172.29.60.107
    MIB_PHY_TYPE(19) = 1
    MIB_HT_TYPE(20) = 5
    MIB_BSSID(31) = xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
    MIB_SNR(48) = 11
    MIB_RX_RETRIES(49) = 0
    MIB_TX_RETRIES(50) = 163
    MIB_OS_TYPE(53) = Apple
    MIB_USER_ROLE(80) = xxxxxx
    MIB_IPV6_ADDRESS(137) = xxxx::xxx:xxxx:xxx:xxxx
    MIB_VLAN(27) = 601
    MIB_CLIENT_AUTHTYPE(135) = 0
    MIB_CLIENT_AUTHSTATE(136) = 0
    MIB_CLIENT_ACTIVE_STATUS(140) = 1
    </MIB_CLIENT_TABLE>

    Hi,

Did you try to check the Audit Trail from Central? Any hints there?

If you can't find any hint there, can you try to open a case with TAC?

There are no hints in the Audit Trail.

Since last week one of the cluster has now the status Synchronized again (without any change from my site).
