In the IAP-215 log in UI, why it is showing internet as 'detection disabled' although I can reach to the internet from the WAN port if I connect Laptop in that port?

That parameter only applies to if you are using multiple interfaces for uplinks like a 4G internet card along with enet0.  If you had multiple interfaces configured for uplink it would have to detect which interface is being used for an uplink to the internet.  If you are using a single interface for uplink, it would not have to detect which interface is used to uplink to the internet.

    I hope that makes sense.

That makes complete sense. I am wondering why it was showing "Reachable" before and now after rebooting, it is showing "detection disabled". I am using only enet0 interface in both cases.
