    When click check for New Version get message: Receive no response from server. Have retried several times with same response.

    Does your IAP have internet access?
    the 4.1 code is considered early availability therefore the cloud may not detect a newer version for you.
    Try pinging from the CLI
    images.arubanetworks.com and device.arubanetworks.com

    Yes, I am able to access the Internet and successfully pinged the urls you
    suggested. I suspect you are correct that there is not a newer version.

    There are newer versions its just that they are not available from the cloud.

    If you have access to the support site, you can download the latest 4.1.x release.
