    Hi

Last week i set up 5 IPA335 on our site, replacing Dell IAP135 APs.

They worked fine, but today i wanted to login to the VC WebUI and saw that its stuck (see attached screenshot). I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer 11

What can i do to fix this problem?

The IAPs are running 6.5.0.0 (base firmware that was pre-installed).

    Cheers

    Thomy

Are you able to confirm the exact version you are running, there will be some further versions appended after e.g 6.5.0.0-x.x.x.x

Have you tried upgrading to the latest available firmware (6.5.3)? Currently the browsers which are supported in 6.5.3 are:

Unfortunately I cannot find the release notes for 6.5.0 to confirm the exact supported browser versions.

    Aruba Operating System Software.
    ArubaOS (MODEL: 335), Version 6.5.0.0-4.3.0.0

    FIPS Mode :disabled

Please tell me the CLI commands (as the WebUI doesn't work) to upgrade.

I already have the firmware file 6.5.1.0-4.3.1.3_59179

    Hi

Thanks a lot so far. One last question, should i do the update only on the IAP master AP (if so how to i find out which it is) and it gets then downloaded to all APs in a row?

Hey, that is correct. If you login via the Virtual Controller IP, this will take you to the master IAP. If you do not have a VC configured then use the below command to find out the master IAP.

show summary | include "Master IP Address"

The image will automatically be pushed out to all IAP's in the same cluster. If you have a mixed-class IAP enviroment, make sure you have all the required software images.
