    Hi Guy,

My first time to testing Aruba-VIA with the controller. Clients are WIN & iPhone.

On clients, enter public IP and username&password that created on internal DB and associated to VIA-profile.

Client can reach the controller, verified by log on the controller that see client's public IP.

Error message on VIA client is "Controller not responding".

    Firewall allows port udp/500, udp/4500, tcp/443, tcp/4343, icmp.

Could you please help to find the root cause?

Did you first try to point the clients to the controller's inner ip address while inside your network to see if it works?  There are many things that could be wrong with your setup.

    Hi Colin,

    Thank you for advise.

I did as your advise and I found some missing configuration in VIA connection. Now it is fine.

Do you have steps to do this?
