    Is there anyway to backup the internal database of the Virtual controller? The maintenance backup is only for the configuration only right?

    What data are you looking to backup?   The Internal User Database is stored as part of the config file in Instant.

     

    Here is an example of a Guest User account in the Config:

     

    user TEST123 0452b0367396c444f766261f93c2948f portal
