I think there should be no problem to build the cluster.

According to the Data Sheets of the APs i found the following:

    AP-225-RW:

Aruba Instant IAP-225 Wireless Access Point, 802.11ac, 3x3:3, dual radio, integrated antennas – Restricted regulatory domain: Rest of World

    AP-175-P:

Aruba Instant 175 outdoor wireless AP, 802.11a/b/g/n, 2x2:2, dual radio, external antenna connectors, 802.3at PoE+. Includes mounting kit and sun shield. These products should be considered rest-of-world products and must not be deployed in the United States, Japan or Israel.

    Regards,

    Thomas

Is your intent to do wireless Mesh between the nodes?  IAP-225 (and IAP-27x) currently do not support Mesh.  Otherwise, it should be fine.
