    Hello,

    I have already searched but unfortunately found nothing.
    I have the case that I need to add 80 iap to a central account.

    So far I haven't found a CSV import or similar.
    Is there a possibility here ?

    If these are part of the same IAP cluster then you can add them via the Cloud Key (see Maintenance tab for Key and Global Settings -> Device Inventory to import). There is no CSV import (to my knowledge..) that you can use. If the devices are associated with your account then they will be automatically discovered.

    Ok, I understand.

     

    If I add them via Cloud Key, and the Cluster is managed by central, will it import APs that i provisioned to these cluster, later on ?

    Hello, I found this in the documentation too but i'm unable to see it on the described page... It just doesn't appear anywhere in the "device inventory" page.

     

    And my client has a subscription for 100 devices... Am I missing something ? Or is the page missing something ?

    The Import via CSV option is still present under the Device Inventory page. Are you certain you have the correct permissions on your account?

    I'm admin on the account, and I create a tester account who is readwrite in "account home".

    Maybe is it connected with some subscription keys being evaluation as the account has been created recently. But stil we have subscriptions for device that are marked paid

    Hello,
    Big news today, the evaluation licences are expired and still nothing about the bulk import in my device inventory page... At this point, I'm waiting for the client to give me access to his company account to open a case, but if anyone know something that can help...

    Hi Jacques,

    It probably does not help you much but just to say I had a similar issue with my account, which also started off as evaluation!  I think we had to get TAC to fix this in the end.
