Hi
I upgraded our aruba controller to 6.4 and enabled chromecast under Airgroup.
The chromecast is connected to our guest network, which only allows dhcp, dns, ping, http and https.
When connecting to the guest network i couldnt find the chromecast and it wasnt showing up as a device in the controller.
Then i opened a bunch of ports i found where supposed to be open and after looking at fw hits i could see what other ports where blocked from the chromecast.
So my question is: what is the point of enabling chromecast under airgroup? is it for chromecast access accross vlans? i thought it was for allowing chromecast device traffic despite acl rules
So how should a chromecast device be configured on a guest network which only allows http and https? should i just open all the ports that the chromecast needs or is there a better way of doing it?
regards
Carlos
