    Folks,

    Our users are having to reauthenticate themself on the Wireless network which comprises of 2 IAP-225 in cluster.

    We actually use a certificate based authentication wherin the pop up to accept the certificate keeps happening to the users many times a day.

    What do you suggest to check? or what could be the issue?

    When did this first start happening?

    How many times a day does it happen?

    What radius server are you using?

    Who configured the radius server and Instant?

    Hi Colin,

    Here are the answers

     

    When did this first start happening?

    This is happening since the Aruba IAP-225 cluster has been deployed and folks are connecting to the. Initially we had the Cisco solution in place which has been replaced with the Aruba.

     

    How many times a day does it happen?

    This happens like more than 10 times a day. People get irritated and then switch to the LAN.

     

    What radius server are you using?

    This is service on the Cisco ACS, which forwards certificate credentials to the Microsoft server.

     

    Who configured the radius server and Instant?

    We did this.

    Do you have "Broadcast Filter ARP or Broadcast Filter All" on all of your SSIDs?

    What is width of your channels on the 5ghz band?

    Are you using DFS?

    Under ARM what is your maximum and minimum transmit power?
