Do it from the commandline and SSH or telnet into the IAP:

    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock ?
set Set the time and date

    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock ?
set Set the time and date
    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock set ?
    <year> Year
    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock set 2012 ?
    <month> Month
    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock set 2012 9 6 ?
    <hour> Hour
    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock set 2012 9 6 6 ?
    <min> Minutes
    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock set 2012 9 6 6 4 ?
Seconds
    00:24:6c:ca:cb:b0# clock set 2012 9 6 6 4

In order to enable telnet on the iAP,
    1. log into the webUI of the VC
    2. click on "Settings"
    3. Click on "Show advanced options"
    4. Under the "General" tab on the RHS you will see an option "Terminal Access"
    5. Click on the drop down and select "Enabled"
    6. click OK.
