Have you white listed the particular RAP in the RAP-WHITElist on this controller ?

If yes, double check the MAC addr.

I have not that. How do I get to the RAP-Whitelist? Is it under Security>Authentication?

    Navigate to

Configuration / AP Installation and you should see "RAP White-list"  or "White-list RAP"
