    Hi ,

    Management: Aruba Central

    Cluster: 6 X IAP 207 , 1 X IAP 335

    Version: Instant 6.5.3.3 (build 61785) 

    I got an alert in VC "The AP cannot receive data from this client because the integrity check of the received message (MIC) has failed. Recommend checking the encryption setting on the client and on the AP."

    some of the devices are connecting to wifi but not getting IP and VC it shows IP 0.0.0.0 and name ----- 

    I just upgraded from Instant 6.5.1.0 - 4.3.1.0 because of the bug 159693 iphone users were not able to get ip from VC dhcp scope

    Most times, seeing a 0.0.0.0 in the client list means that a client is trying to connect to the network but fails authentication. Also MIC failures indicate authentication problems.

     

    I would forget the network configuration on the client and re-connect/re-configure the client to see if that helps. If not, I would suggest to contact your Aruba partner or Aruba Support.
