    Hi people,

    could anyone point me in the right direction please.

    We are trying to configure our 7005 contoller to allow SIP traffic via wired sip phones.

     

    I have configured Security > Firewall Policies > Edit Session (WAN_Access) policy as in the attached screenshot, 

    and applied the policy to on  VLAN Firewall Policy on port 0.

     

    The sip call wll go through but then drop after 32 seconds.

     

    Is there something I am missing, or something else that needs to be done to stop the calls from dropping.

    Any help with be greatly appreciated.

    What version of AOS on the 7005?

     

    If these are wired clients, are they trusted clients as well, or do they run through a aaa profile? If they are authenticated, what role/rights do they map to. First step is to understand why a successful call is getting dropped.

    Hi,

     

    The AOS is 6.4.4.6, the clients are trusted, no authentication, and they do not run through any profiles.
