    Hello,

     

    We brought 2 aruba 105 access point. We have an wireless network here with aruba 105 ap. I need to add this new ap to my network. So I connect the new 105 ap to the switch port to get information from the currently installed ap's. But the new ap's power led and enet led are blinking continously not showing the sign of stable. I would be very thankfull if you give a solution to this problem

    Are you seeing red or green LED ? for Ethernet or 11g or 11a ?

     

    Can you console into the AP?

    The power led blink in green and the enet led bink as amber.

    If you are connected to an PoE injector that supports 10/100 Mbps, you will see an amber LED. Even if your switch is 10/100/1000 Mbps, your PoE injector and IAP will auto-negotiate 100 Mbps. If you do not already have the PowerDsine 3501G I recommend that you try instead.

    Does your switch support 10/100/1000 Mbps? If your switch does not support 1000 Mbps, then the ENET LED will show amber.

    Consoile output of the AP can you try on another PoE switch, injector or adapter?
