    What software version do I have to be running for the IAP105 and 305 to work in the same cluster?

    That will not be possible as the IAP-105 will run firmware up to 4.2, where the IAP-305 will run firmware 4.3.1.0 and up.

    Yes, as long as the software is 4.3.1.0 or later.
