Virtual controller acting weird.  Will not allow editing of APs  and sometimes they don't even show when and if it lets me login.  When I click on an AP, it may pop up the message AP not found.  I have had no trouble with these AP's until now.   Any ideas?

Are you sure that you are logged into the Virtual Controller ip address?  How many access points do you have currently?

I have 8 AP's right now, plan to add several more over the next few months.

I double-checked to make sure I was connected to the controller.  I did not have the controller ip address in the browser, but I never had before.  I always have used the first IP address on the 1st AP I installed and it has always worked fine.  However, when you asked me if I put in the address of the controller,  I checked that IP and pulled it up and it appears to be working ok now.  Yet, if I put in an IP address of a AP, it still does the same thing.  Weird

I spoke too soon.  I have one AP that is down, I saw in the alerts.  I went to plug it back up and when I did, all the others went down but 1 according to the GUI, but yet we still have access in this building and the one that it is showing to be up is way too far to give access to these students, so I don't think they are really down but they are not showing up in the GUI.

Also the lights on the AP that went down were yellow on the 11A/N and 11B/G/N lights

Are all of these access points powered on a POE switch?  Were there any changes in infrastructure or the IAP made recently?

Yes they are powered by POE switches.  No changes to the network, except we switched ISP's.
