IAP 205H to Campus WLAN AP convertion failed

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to convert a IAP 205H in order to control it with my 7005 controller.

    I already converted successfully a IAP 215, but for the IAP 205H, I have the following error (and so convertion does not work):

    The IAP release is : 6.4.3.0-4.2.0.0_49453

    And the controlelr release: 6.4.2.3

     

    Can somebody help please ?

    Upgrade your controller to 6.4.3.x

    Hi thanks for the quick answer,

     

    That was also my thoughts but I have an issue with my account. It seems that my HP account is not well defined in the Aruba support site.

    I have a fantastic"User With No role" and so I can't access the firmware download area ...

    Is there any other place were I can download it (Arubapedia, SEEL or somewhere else ???).
