IAP 225 / Latest Firmware issues

    Hey Everyone,

     

    So I have a group of 9 IAP 225 units in our office. Up until last week they were working fine, then I did the lastest firmware update (60886).

     

    After doing that firmware update, I'm getting sporadic reports of people who can no longer connect to the main employee network. When they connect, it just says unable to join the network (this is on Mac OS). Yet they can connect to the guest network without issue. 

     

    I was on the phone with support, and the solution they had me try was disabling all the fast roaming configs, which seemed to not help at all.

     

    Not sure what could be going on. Most of my configs of the IAP were basically the default setups. So nothing really changed except for how I setup the two networks.

     

    Any thoughts or ideas I might try?
