IAP Facebook Configuration link not showing

    Dear all,

     

    I've been facing an issue with the Guest Facebook Login configuration on IAP 6.5.4.X.

     

    We have a cluster of 207 IAPs and they are reaching internet and resolving DNS queries as shown on the image below:IAP CLI PING URL.png


    The thing is that when i create an SSID with the Facebook login, the configuration link that should be present for me to indicate the page settings don't showup, as shown on the capture below:IAP FACEBOOK LOGIN NOT SHOWING.png

     

    Do you guys know what could be cause of this?

     

    Also i have a question:

    How many facebook login based SSIDs can we have on a IAP considering that each SSID will use a different facebook page? I couldn't find that info on User Guide, is there any docs that provide this info?

    Can you also send screenshot of the previous screens you saw in the SSID create/edit wizard?

    I've gathered some new info about this issue. When i use AP Tech Support Dump and filter it using the word "facebook" the follow output is showed.

    I face with same issue, any body have solution for this please help me!!!
