IAP is not showing SSID after configuration

I configured my IAP a week ago with SSID and console login credentials. But today I plugged in again and to my surprise I could not see the SSID and can't login to to the console too. Urgent help is needed. Thanks

Have you tried accessing the IAP with default credentials? You'll need to access the IAP before we can any in depth troubleshooting. I believe the detection disabled merely relates to Out of service (OOS) configuration on the IAP.
