On Aruba Central: - We add the AP using SN and MAC - We assign a license to the IAP device - We move the device to default group On the IAP - We reset the configuration to factory default. - We configure the country code and timezone We wait some hours but not registering 84:d4:7e:c1:dc:62# show ver Aruba Operating System Software. Does the device have access to device.arubanetworks.com

If you look at the Audit Logs with in Central, do you see confirmation the IAP has attempted to connect?

Did you set the regulatory domain in the folder?

Can you log into your activate account and check to see if the devices are there?

Were these devices in Airwave previously?

TAC can check activate status for you also.

APs must have DHCP, DNS, and NTP to reach Central.
