Instant On AP15 not reporting in Portal

For 3 months the aps in the portal have been offline, we have enabled TDC 80 443 and UDP 53 123 ports in firewall
From the local network I can ping them and they respond without problem, they give the Internet without problems, but we can not rejoin them and configure them in the portal on that network. When we want to add them they are all the time with a flashing green light.

Might be your APs in default config mode. Check where those are recoverable using ION app via bluetooth.
