Instant On Connection Issues

    Hi All

     

    We are new to Instant On and we have a site which is being problematic. We have 6 AP's and all day today, 5 of the 6 have been disconnecting and reconnecting constantly.

     

    Every time they do that, the clients drop off which has been a nightmare as they are working from home.

     

    One of the AP's stays on all of the time.


    Can anyone maybe suggest either what we are doing wrong, or what the issue could be please.

    I would post such a question in the Instant On Community. It's more likely that it can be answered there.
