    Hi,

is that the IAP can send an SNMP trap when  there is an association and dissociation of the user terminal ?

    regards

The current release of Instant supports SNMP management Information bases (MIBs) along with Aruba-MIBs. For information about Aruba MIBs, SNMP MIBs and SNMP traps, see the Aruba Instant 6.2.1.0-3.3 MIB Reference Guide.

    Hi Kdisc98,

    thanks you for this information.

After reading the Mib Doc, do you think if the "wlsxTrapTunnelStatus" trap below going to answer my need it ?

    wlsxTrapTunnelStatus

    Syntax Integer32
    Max-Access accessible-for-notify
    Status current
Description This object represents the tunnel status.

    Regards

Yann, I think this is the trap you want:

    wlsxNUserEntryCreated wlsxTrapUserIpAddress.0: 10.1.1.1, wlsxTrapUserPhyAddress.0: 12:13:21:B7:31:F1

Trap is sent as well when the user is deleted:

    wlsxNUserEntryDeleted wlsxTrapUserIpAddress.0: 10.1.1.1, wlsxTrapUserPhyAddress.0: 12:13:21:B7:31:F1

IAP does not trap on a L2 association as far as I know.
