Hi there, a customer of us is reporting roaming issues for e.g. a Samsung Tablet and a Macbook.

They say while walking though the office, the connection dissapears and reconnects later on if they Disable > Enable WiFi on the devices.

This is not good. I want to understand how to investigate roaming issues fromout the Instant VC using Airwave. We don't have remote access via SSH to the instant VC.

Which command should I run fromout Airwave to investigate what a problem can be / and to adjust settings?

ARM Client Match is enabled. CM calcutlating interval is set to 20 seconds and Neighbour matching is set to 60%

Okay.  What is the RF utilization on the band that the client is running on?
